Responsible for educating and communicating with the global audience, Alesha amplifies the voice of Slashroots in public forums and the digital domain. She provides strategic communications support to the team while they venture out in creating and driving social impact across the Caribbean. Sharing Slashroots’ story and working with the team has led to an added appreciation for research and communication. Both of which relentlessly think of the consumers first as they tap into the agenda of the people.
A Kingstonian at heart Alesha earned her bachelor’s degree in Management Studies, Marketing at the University of the West Indies. She’s collaborated with various teams in crafting and sharing their brand story within the countries of Jamaica, Jordan, Lebanon and the United States.
She also strives to be resourceful in and out of the office. Her creative outlets often take the form of messy DIY projects that include crafting, painting, and having an eye for design.
